The Success IQ University was founded by Stephanie Frank and Ray Williams to satisfy the need for change techniques that are direct, respectful, results-oriented and long lasting in the area of personal and organizational development.

In demand human behavior and peak performance expert Stephanie Frank is the author of the bestselling book, The Accidental Millionaire. She holds over 15 network engineering certifications and is considered by many to be the premier fresh face of personal success.

Ray Williams brings over 30 years of leadership experience to the Success IQ team.

He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in English and Organizational Psychology and has served in a wide variety of senior executive roles in both public and private organizations.

Ray is passionate about using his far-reaching experience to help organizations create long-lasting and effective change. His unique academic background, professional skills and lighthearted approach led him to pursue a totally new and unique systematic approach to personal and organizational development.

He is the recipient of the Master Educator Award from the American Society of Education Executives, and is an immediate past president of the International Coaching Federation in Vancouver, B.C.. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Executive Coach, Master LP Practitioner and Coach, and Certified Hypnotherapist. He is a columnist for one of Canada’s national newspapers, the National Post, and is an occasional guest columnist for Canada’s other national newspaper, the Globe and Mail. He has been seen and heard on the CBC broadcast network, The Vicki Gabareau Show, and has reached millions through the popular radio show, The Good Life Network, spreading his message of personal and professional success.
