Policy on Tele-Classes, Seminars and Live Events.

If Success IQ University does not deliver as promised on teleclasses, seminars and workshops, please submit your request for refund or site credit in writing to customercare@successiqu.com within 7 days of event.  If the event is a multi-day live event, you are eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied after the first day of class.  After that, refunds on live events attended will not be given.

Refund Policy on Site Membership

You are ultimately responsible for your own happiness and success. For this reason, this site’s subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable.  You may cancel at any time and no further fees will be incurred.  To cancel, please submit your request to customercare@successiqu.com.

Subscription fees may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.

Refund Policy on Coaching and Consulting Programs

Results are guaranteed as long as the steps and procedures are followed.  You are ultimately responsible for carrying out the actions that you and your coach define.  If you have taken the exact actions requested by your coach consistently and have followed the plan without getting the results you want, you will be eligible for a refund up to $350.  Refunds will not be given for coaching/consulting time consumed.
